"Recent Projects" picker title is weird #50627

Description

Reproduction steps

  1. Press cmd-opt-o (projects::OpenRecent)

Current vs. Expected behavior

Image
  1. The "Recent Projects" title is almost the smallest UI element, so it looks off
  2. Clicking the title counts as clicking the first item in the list

I'm confused why the design differs from the other pickers (e.g. the command palette and file finder). Just mention "recent projects" in the placeholder text and get rid of the title entirely.

Turns out this design is for multi-project workspaces (see #48989). 2) is still a bug. Maybe 1) can be improved, but I don't have a better idea right now.
