Project and Submission Requirements

Team Formation: Participants can form teams of up to 4 members. Solo participants are also welcome to join.

Project Scope: Projects must align with the hackathon's theme and challenges. Participants are encouraged to be creative and innovative in their solutions.

Original Work: All projects must be original creations developed during the hackathon. Participants are not allowed to use pre-existing projects or submit work done prior to the event.

Code of Conduct: Participants must adhere to the hackathon's code of conduct, promoting a respectful and inclusive environment for all attendees. Harassment or discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated.

Open Source: Participants are encouraged to open-source their projects on platforms like GitHub to foster collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the community.

Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their projects. However, by participating in the hackathon, participants grant the organizers the right to showcase their projects for promotional purposes.

Submission Guidelines: Projects must be submitted before the specified deadline. Submissions should include a project description, demo video or prototype, and any relevant documentation.

Judging Criteria: Projects will be evaluated based on creativity, technical complexity, impact, and presentation quality. Judges' decisions are final.

Prize Distribution: Prize distribution will be based on the judges' evaluations. Prizes may include cash awards, sponsored goodies, or other incentives.

Legal Compliance: Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including copyright and data protection laws, when developing their projects.

Liability: The organizers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred during the hackathon. Participants are responsible for their own safety and well-being.

Disqualification: Participants found violating the rules or engaging in unethical behavior may be disqualified from the hackathon at the organizers' discretion.
