Who We Are –
We are a virtual math tutoring business for students in grades 6-12 and college founded in the belief that every student deserves a math tutor because everyone is a mathematician.
Why Math Aunty –
Our tutor, Demara Austin, is a math teacher-mentor with 10+ years of experience teaching and tutoring mathematics. She is known for creating a learning environment that fits a variety of learning needs, including ADHD, dysgraphia, and dyscalculia. She has taught middle school, high school, GED, and college level classes – connecting with diverse groups of students with her loving care for the whole student.
Hours of Operation –
Tutoring sessions are generally available between 6pm-9pm on Mondays – Fridays and 9am-9pm on Saturdays and Sundays. During the summer months, there may be other availability.
What Clients Can Expect –
We will initially have a consultation call where we talk about your student’s current classes and what goals you hope to accomplish with Math Aunty. We provide tutoring, text support, and assignment solution videos.
