Is Delta-8 THC, HHC, & THCA Legal?
Yes! On a federal level all three hemp cannabinoids are legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
All products produced and sold on this website are considered Hemp Derived Products.
However, some states have banned Delta-8. Due to these regulations we do not sell to all States. If you live in a State we do not allow. Please do not add Delta-8 to your order.
What is THCA?
THCA stands for tetrahydrocannabinolic acid, which is a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis plants. It is the precursor to THC, the main psychoactive component of cannabis, and is found in raw and live cannabis. THCA has been studied for its potential therapeutic benefits, including anti-inflammatory, anti-nausea, and neuroprotective properties.
What is Delta-8 THC?
Delta-8 is a chemical compound found in the Hemp plant. It is psychoactive, meaning you might get “High”.
It often known to the community as “Diet Weed” as the effects are more subtle than Delta-9 THC, the compound found in the Marijuana plant.
But don’t let that stop you from trying it. Most people who find Delta-9 THC to be too strong, are often very fond of it’s relative Delta-8.
What is HHC?
Hexahydrocannabinol (HHC) is growing extremely popular due to it’s legal status. It’s effects are also very similar to Delta-8 and Delta-9 THC.
HHC is a cannabinoid found naturally in hemp. It is a milder version of Delta-9 and Delta-8 THC, and is present in very low concentrations in cannabis plants.
However, it can be synthetically produced by adding hydrogen atoms to THC molecules, a process known as hydrogenation.
