The NLAM Academy

This course, running since 2009 and previously known as the Overview of Āyurveda was the first of its kind to offer foundational Āyurveda concepts in an interactive manner through animated, audio visual lectures and exams. It has now been re-built with additions of fresh perspectives and visions towards the real world application of Āyurveda Siddhānta (collection of algorithms) into our life. In this self-study course, students and enthusiasts will learn the fundamental principles of Āyurveda through:

• 12 audio visual modules, including those on: literature, cosmology, tridośa, dhātu, mala, agni, āma, puruśa and prakriti.
• Video and audio lessons, thorough notes, and a final exam included for each module.
• Vision & Perspective podcast unlocked post-exam for each topic that attempts to expound on the timeless application of Algorithmic Āyurveda as registered through the oral transmutation pathway or the relative learning non linear model which is foundational to the AshZero platform.
• Free, one-time usage of two novel AshZero tools: the Prakriti Analysis Tool, which helps us to access our unique DNA imprint or expression, which is different from inheritance; and the very first of its kind Dhātu Sāra Analysis Tool, which expounds our natural access to our traits or neurohormonal enzymatic complexes, which helps us make precise decisions on the things we must not do according to our unique make-up. These tools are built on unique datasets generated from machine learning models, which use the learning algorithms of Veda, Tantra, and Āyurveda, rather than modern day research algorithms, with relative reference to Vedic and Tantric literature.Both tools give experiential and applicative insights of the power of Āyurveda Siddhānta towards our independence by allowing one to understand their own limitlessness by enabling them to talk to themselves.

The regular approach to Ayurveda diet and lifestyle has mostly been restricted to understanding one's own dosha constitution (Prakruti) or unique DNA imprint, and then catering a diet and a lifestyle towards that constitution.

Knowing one's constitution is highly difficult because we never know our natural phenotype, but always the phenotype which has been trained or linearized by the place we are born and the food habits we are exposed to which define our social, moral, and economic choices in life.

However, Ayurveda consists of one-to-one and one-to-many blueprints in a hierarchical manner which account for all of this, giving us a more applicable outlook towards a diet and lifestyle catered to our natural constitution, which lies at the base of our health and immunity.

First, in response to the static environmental conditions which we are all born into, such as the sun and the moon and how our body responds to their cycles throughout the day.

Understanding this goes a long way in generalizing and understanding our own unique DNA imprint and biorhythms and then building customized lifestyles around it.

Layered on an understanding of this imprint also lies the blueprints of creating a healthy homeostasis towards the environment by following the algorithms of apatarpan, santarpan and bruhan which is the awareness of selective nourishment, which lays the foundation of building our unique diet and lifestyle to successfully interact and integrate with the social, moral and economical choices we intend to make.

This course gives a practical and applicable approach towards these algorithms to:

• First understand our own unique DNA imprint
• Delinearize or unlearn the rigid choices we have made in terms of understanding health, food and relationships.
• And then through a strict and integral application of the methods given through this course, understand our own system

This course also sheds light on the methods of mathematical cooking in Ayurveda known as Ayurvedic cooking algorithms, and provides a few recipes which are catered to the diet and lifestyle algorithm blueprints mentioned in this course.
