PainPoints.fast is a directory platform that helps users discover and explore various products, tools, and projects across different categories. We provide a curated collection of listings with detailed information.

3. User Accounts

To submit products or access certain features, you may create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use trash mail providers to create or maintain your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use PainPoints.fast. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

4. Product Submissions and Listings

When submitting products to our directory, you agree that:

You have the right to submit the product information.
The information provided is accurate and not misleading.
The product does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
For Standard/Free Submissions, you must place our badge/backlink on your website and keep it visible. We may verify badge placement and unpublish products if badges are removed.
We may moderate, edit, or remove submissions at our sole discretion.

Content Responsibility: You are solely responsible for Your Content. Ensure you have the right to share it and that it complies with all laws and these Terms.

5. Payments and Tool Listings

We offer two ways to list your products on our platform:

Standard Listing (Free): Submit your product for free by placing our badge/backlink on your website footer, subject to the standard review queue.
Premium/Sponsored (Paid): Pay a one-time fee for enhanced features, priority review, or prime placement (e.g., Premium Launch, Sponsored Spotlight) without a badge requirement.

Payment Processing: All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Payment data is processed securely by them and is not stored on our servers.

Final Sales & No Refunds: All one-time payments are final and non-refundable once the service (placement, listing, or promotion) has been delivered or published.

Disputes: Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will be considered a violation of these Terms.

6. Prohibited Content and Uses

The following types of content are strictly prohibited:

Prohibited Content: Posting adult content, pornography, violence, hatred, or discrimination.
Financial and Gaming: Gambling, betting tools, or illegal substances.
Illegal Activities: Any unlawful purpose or violation of regulations.
Fraud & Deception: False information, impersonation, or misrepresentation.
IP Infringement: Violating intellectual property rights.
Technical Abuse: Viruses, malicious code, spam, or phishing.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

Platform Ownership: The PainPoints.fast platform, including its original content, features, and design, are owned by PainPoints.fast and protected by international laws.

User Content: When you submit content ("Your Content"), you retain ownership. However, you grant PainPoints.fast a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and display Your Content in connection with the Platform.

8. Enforcement and Right to Terminate

PainPoints.fast reserves the absolute right to remove any content or profiles at our sole discretion without notice.

We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, for a breach of Terms, regardless of payment status. Users who violate these Terms forfeit any right to refunds.

9. Third-Party Content and Backlinks

PainPoints.fast contains links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

Backlinks: We link to your website when featured on PainPoints.fast. All backlinks are provided "as is" without guarantees regarding SEO metrics.

10. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

In no event shall PainPoints.fast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.
