TORSTAR was a globally recognised brand and communications agency I built and led with a team of 22, partnering with leading brands, CEOs, and high-profile talent.
It was inside those high-pressure environments that the foundations of Powerful Steps® were shaped in real time through strategic positioning, visibility, leadership, and decision-making.
Over time, I realised the real gap wasn’t opportunity. It was knowing what matters, what to ignore, and when to move.

Today, I bring these proven frameworks into boardrooms, keynote stages, leadership sessions, and panel conversations alongside global organisations including Salesforce and Goldman Sachs.

Over two decades, it became one of Australia’s most respected brand and communications agencies known not for following the conversation, but for creating it.
We worked at the intersection of culture, commerce, and visibility, bringing global brands into the Australian market with clarity, impact, and momentum across fashion, beauty, lifestyle, and consumer sectors.
There were defining moments; the launch of ZARA into Australia was one of them: 22,000 people through the doors and over $1 million in sales on opening day.
What mattered more was the standard behind it.
