Our 6-month Adaptation program builds on the Foundation program by introducing higher resistance to improve muscle toning, body fat loss, and overall fitness. You’ll lift heavier weights based on your measured joint range of motion, while we track your progress with our body composition machine to ensure you’re adding muscle mass and increasing your metabolic rate. We also provide diet and calorie intake guidance to guarantee your success, aiming to make you the strongest, pain-free version of yourself.

Our 12-month Growth program is a comprehensive journey that revisits Foundation and Adaptation while introducing you to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle. With continuous support, this program is ideal for those seeking lasting change rather than a quick fix. It has helped many clients embrace exercise and feel their best every day.

  • Pure Strength: Designed for those who want to build muscle, increase strength, and train with intention—without the fatigue of traditional high-intensity or cardio-based workouts. This class focuses on heavy, controlled resistance training to drive hypertrophy and long-term strength gains. Every movement is coached with precision, emphasizing proper mechanics, joint positioning, and balanced muscular development.
  • Strength & Conditioning: Perfect for those who enjoy lifting but also value proper body mechanics, alignment, and long-term joint health. This class enhances strength, power, and endurance without compromising posture or movement quality.
