What are my spend limits?
Your spend limits depend on the daily, weekly, and monthly caps set for your account. These limits ensure secure and controlled spending for your transactions. Here’s a breakdown:

How do I claim rewards?
When you see a reward that you would like to redeem, simply click 'Claim'. You'll then be shown instructions on what to do next. If you'd like to know more before claiming a specific offer, click on the 'Offer Details', 'FAQs' or 'Terms 'tabs for more information.
Can I claim more than one reward?
You can claim as many rewards as you like. Some benefits can only be claimed once, but you can claim others as many times as you like.
A reward is not working, what do I do?
If you find a reward that is not working, please submit a support ticket using our contact page and our technical team will investigate your enquiry.
I would like to request a new reward partner, how can I do that?
If you can't find the types of rewards or a specific reward partner that you feel would be of benefit to Create Rewards customers, why not make a new suggestion by issuing a support ticket using the on our contact page.
How do I enter prize draws?
Where prize draws are available to enter you may submit one entry per account holder. Simply click on 'Enter' and where applicable complete the requested fields. If you are a winner, we will notify you within 3 days of the draw being made.
A prize draw is greyed out and won't let me enter.
If a prize draw is showing but you are unable to enter, this will be Due to one of 3 reasons. Either the draw may not yet have opened, you may have already entered, or entries may have closed but the draw has not yet taken place.
How do I claim a giveaway?
From time to time you will notice that there are free giveaways up for grabs on Create Rewards. Giveaways are often in limited quantities so to stand a chance of claiming a freebie make sure you stay up to date with our announcements via email.

What is an e-gift or digital voucher?
E-gift or digital vouchers can be used exclusively with the brand you've chosen. They work just like cash and can be used in conjunction with sale items or other promotions. We'll apply your discount when you buy your voucher from us. Digital vouchers are delivered to your email inbox usually within an hour or buying them.

I have not received my order, what do I do?
Please allow up to 24 hours for your e-gift to arrive, if you have still not received your order, please submit a support ticket using the contact details below and our technical team will urgently investigate your enquiry.

How do I unsubscribe from future marketing emails?
If you would prefer not to receive future emails notifying you of your free rewards, simply unsubscribe at the foot of any email using the 'Unsubscribe' link.
