Theme, plugin + WordPress core updates done right. Not just clicked through + hoping for the best, or even worse… done automatically. We check that everything still works after each update, because updates that break things aren’t updates at all.

Setting up a new lead magnet? Building out a funnel? We handle the technical side: form creation, tag triggers, redirect pages, thank you messages + the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes it all actually work.

The Support Slice FAQs
What kinds of tasks can I send?
Basically anything WordPress. Updates, opt-in setup, course pages, blog post formatting, menu + footer changes, PayPal/Stripe buttons, speed testing, security work, form styling, feature additions — the list goes on. If it involves your WordPress dashboard, we can probably handle it.
How long does it take to get something done?
Almost all small tasks are done within 5 business days. Larger projects (like building out a full course setup) are typically completed within 2-3 weeks.
What happens when I’m getting close to my hours?
We’ll give you a heads up when you have 1 hour remaining, so you’re never caught off guard. And we will never go over your retainer hours without your written approval first. It’s your call on whether to grab a new retainer or simplify the task to fit within the hours you have.
Do unused hours roll over?
They don’t roll over, but we won’t let them go to waste. If you’re running low on ideas, we’ll share suggestions for improving your site so every hour gets put to good use.
What if I have an urgent request?
If our schedule allows it, we’ll jump on it right away. Urgent tasks are billed at double our hourly rate, which means a 15-minute task uses 30 minutes of your retainer. We’ll always be upfront about that before we start.
How do I send tasks?
However works best for you. We can use email, phone call or your own project management tool (Trello, Asana, etc.). We adapt to your workflow. Most clients email Heather the information + Alison works out of our Notion dashboard.
Can I use The Support Slice if I’m already in Site Care Club?
Absolutely. Site Care Club members already get a few development hours built into their plan, but The Support Slice is there when you need more. It’s a great complement if you’ve got a bigger project or a busy season coming up.
