Cassidy Nachtman
Agency Manager
Director of Operations
Cassidy Nachtman proudly serves as the Agency Manager of Titleocity. With a decade and growing of experience in all roles of the title industry, Cassidy holds a wealth of knowledge that is invaluable in getting every transaction completed expeditiously, accurately, and compassionately. She has served as the abstractor, examiner, escrow officer, closer and manager for thousands of real estate transactions. Cassidy is experienced in operations across multiple states, including Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Washington D.C. and more. She currently holds Producer Licenses in Michigan and Ohio. With a degree in Business (HR) and a sincere caring nature, Cassidy strives to create an unreal experience for our real estate partners, mortgage partners, buyers, sellers, and teammates to live their most unreal lives. Cassidy resides in Michigan with her son Bobby, daughter Sidney, cat Roscoe, and partner Chase.

Dawn Burdick
Director of Sales and Marketing
Agent Advocate
Dawn joined Titleocity LLC in March 2018 as an Agent Advocate. She brings a wealth of experience to her role with a background in the marketing, real estate & auto industry. Prior to joining the firm, Dawn served as the Director of Marketing at a Michigan-based law firm where she was responsible for managing public relations, industry events, and helped launch a new title company. She holds her Resident Producer License and has held her Real Estate License. She has prestigiously earned numerous industry-related awards since 2005 and resides in Bloomfield Hills with her husband and three children.

Heather Opalewski
Assistant Agency Manager
Director of Human Resources and Accounting
Heather’s 11 years in the title industry, and Bachelor’s in Business Administration, have brought extensive experience to the still growing Titleocity team. Her background in Human Resources have aided her in achieving growth at Titleocity where she is now a massive asset as Agency Manager. Heather is proud to share that since she has been with the company, Titleocity has received the Circle of Excellence from both First American and Fidelity. Heather and her husband have two boys and reside in Metro-Detroit.

Sarah Bolander
Title Department Team Lead
Sarah Bolander is our Title Department Team Lead with six years in the industry. She is dedicated to advancing title/examination processes and supporting high-performing teams. She holds Title Producer’s Licenses in Pennsylvania, Michigan and Colorado. A Business Management graduate from Point Park University in Pittsburgh, Sarah continually expands her knowledge to contribute strategically to operations and mentor colleagues for collective success. She brings a collaborative, detail-oriented approach to delivering reliable title services and solutions. Based in Colorado Springs, CO, Sarah lives with her husband and three dogs.

Marisa Thompson
Escrow Processing Team Lead
Marisa Thompson is an Escrow Processing Team Lead at Titleocity. She is passionate about helping her realtor partners, buyers, and sellers navigate one of the most important moments in their lives. Marisa is dedicated to making each transaction smooth, stress-free, and positive, recognizing how meaningful these milestones are for everyone involved. She focuses on building trust, offering support, and creating a sense of confidence throughout the process. With a commitment to integrity and kindness, Marisa strives to make every experience memorable for the right reasons.

Krista Walters
Escrow Officer Team Lead
Krista Walters has built her career in the title industry, which began as her first “real” job after attending Macomb Community College and later transferring to GVSU. She started as a receptionist and, over the years, developed a deep knowledge of the industry along with a strong passion for her work. As her expertise grew, so did her role, ultimately leading her to her current position as Escrow Officer Team Lead.
Krista joined Titleocity in September 2017 and has continued to expand her impact within the company. She resides in Macomb County with her husband of many years and their son. Outside of work, Krista enjoys crafting, planning parties, and hosting game nights with friends.

Patti Neault
Closing/Post-Closing Team Lead
Patti Neault serves as the Closing/Post-Closing Team Lead, where she plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of every transaction. She oversees the post-closing process with precision, managing the flow of funds and balancing accounts with a level of expertise that comes from decades of industry experience.
A valued member of Titleocity since its early days, Patti brings more than 10 years of mortgage lending experience along with an extensive background as a Title Closer. Her deep industry knowledge and commitment to excellence have made her a driving force behind the company’s efficient and reliable post-closing operations.
Patti is known for her strong focus on process improvement and accountability. She has developed and implemented internal policies that promote consistency, professionalism, and speed across the team. Always willing to step in where needed, she is a dependable resource across departments and continuously works to refine workflows for optimal performance.
Outside of the office, Patti enjoys country living and takes great pride in the home she built alongside her husband, reflecting the same dedication and hard work she brings to her career.

She finds her role incredibly fulfilling and is committed to working hard to ensure a smooth, happy experience for every client.

Chuck Kopp
Agent Advocate
Chuck brings an incredible mix of strategy, relationship-building, and results-driven energy to the team. His background spans multiple industries, but one thing has always stayed consistent. His ability to open new doors, build strong partnerships, and drive real growth.
From generating over $1M in recurring revenue by tapping into entirely new markets, to securing partnerships with major brands like cruise lines, The Napa Wine Train, The Stanley Hotel, and Silverton Casino, Chuck knows how to turn opportunities into long-term success.
What makes him an even better fit for this role is his heart behind the work. In his time with Kids Mobility Network, he’s helped connect families with life-changing equipment while building programs and partnerships that drove over 200% growth.
Now based in Grand Rapids, Chuck will be supporting agents in the area while continuing to bring that same level of energy and commitment to every relationship he builds.
