With a strong background in business strategy and technology, Pramod G C brings extensive expertise to Uggiso, ensuring the platform continues to evolve in response to the needs of both customers and restaurant partners. His leadership is driven by a passion for innovation, helping to transform the dining experience while supporting local businesses in their growth.
Nithya Pramod
Nitya Pramod serves as the Director and Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Uggiso, playing a critical role in shaping the financial strategy and operational growth of the company. With her strong financial acumen and business expertise, Nitya ensures that Uggiso operates with fiscal responsibility while pursuing opportunities for expansion and innovation.
As a key leader within the organization, she oversees all financial planning, budgeting, and performance analysis, guiding the company toward sustainable growth. Nitya’s strategic insight helps Uggiso maintain its position as an industry leader, creating value for both customers and restaurant partners alike.
Harakumar
Mr. Harakumar is a distinguished member of Uggiso’s Advisory Board, bringing over 35 years of leadership experience in large-scale civil engineering and construction projects. Known for his ability to drive results and lead complex initiatives, he has successfully managed business divisions in prominent construction companies, including Larsen & Toubro, Prestige Group, and Tata Housing Development Corporation.
A recipient of MRICS honors in 2013, Mr. Harakumar has made significant contributions to the real estate and built environment sectors. His leadership journey is bolstered by advanced training from IIM Bangalore in general management, along with sustainability leadership accreditation from the University of Cambridge. With his strategic insights and commitment to excellence, Mr. Harakumar helps guide Uggiso’s growth and development.
Ravikumar V.R
Ravikumar V.R. is a highly accomplished leader with a rich background in both academia and corporate sectors. As an Agricultural Graduate with an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, his expertise spans Marketing, International Business, and Supply Chain Management. Ravikumar has over 20 years of experience in management education, having trained more than 2,000 MBAs while serving as Director and Dean in leading institutions.
He is the Founder President of the Karnataka Management Association and the Director at Integrated Agricom Foundation, an agri-business consultancy. Additionally, Ravikumar has served as Editor and Publisher of Agro India Magazine. Today, he continues to contribute to the business community as a management consultant and serves on the advisory boards of several prestigious MBA institutions.
