1. There is no minimum team size. The maximum team size is 4 members per team.

  2. Participants can only be part of one team.

  3. Teams are free to ask for help from organizers, sponsors, mentors, and other participants, but they cannot write a substantial amount of code for the team.

  4. Teams can use an idea made during or before the hackathon, but no code can be written for this idea before the hackathon starts. Teams can also use a common idea and be judged on the quality of their implementation.

  5. Teams can use libraries, frameworks, and open source packages, even if a team member has contributed to it. Teams cannot use code written before the hackathon however.

  6. Teams can only submit one submission.

  7. Teams may not submit their submission to multiple hackathons.
  8. Submissions must fulfill the submission requirements.

  9. Judges will only judge work done during the hackathon. Submissions that integrate with an existing project will be judged on new functionality / features.

  10. To be eligible for any prizes (including prizes for activities at ULHacks), you must submit a project.
  11. Projects must not violate the Code of Conduct (https://drive.google.com/file/d/1fs5EvLYOZEHK_CE3Y-s40Eb-WcpF-DQ-/view?usp=sharing)

  12. Teams that violate the Code of Conduct can be disqualified.
