Hi I'm Umer!

I’ve failed more times than I can remember, and honestly, I’ve lost count. I started my first company at 15, and since then, I’ve scaled five companies and have had over 15 failed ventures! I’m also the author of The Kismet Dilemma. I’ve been privileged in many ways, but I’ve also experienced the humbling journey of starting from scratch. And it’s from this unique perspective that I approach my work today.

What I’ve learned…through the highs, the lows, and everything in between…is that the journey is what shapes us. And it’s in sharing those journeys—whether through business, books, or personal stories—that we connect, grow, and find true purpose. That’s what drives me to do the work I do today.
