Setting our brothers up for success is a crucial part of our brotherhood, which is why we took the initiative to support potential new members during our Spring 2026 recruitment. With stations focused on reviewing LinkedIn profiles, elevator pitches, and resumes, brothers worked one-on-one with potential new members. Through this experience, we got to know our peers, their interests, and the skills they can bring to our organization.

ALUMNI PANEL

Our alumni network expands far and wide, and each alum is always willing to give back to our members and the community. They spoke extensively about their post-graduate experiences and the transition from college student to corporate professional. They also shared valuable advice on how to navigate college and face the challenges life brings.

BROTHER PANEL

Our brother panel gave potential new members the opportunity to hear from current brothers. Brothers shared their personal journeys, experiences, and favorite memories. Attendees were able to ask questions, allowing brothers to expand on their professional growth and perspectives. This panel created an open space for potential new members to learn what makes our chapter so special.

CONVENTION & COMPETITION

Our brothers have the opportunity to attend the Pi Sigma Epsilon Regional and National Conventions where you have the chance to showcase accomplishments, learn from industry leaders, build a strong professional network, connect with employers, and make real connections from PSE chapters all across the country!

COMPANY PRESENTATIONS AND CASE STUDIES

Companies like EY, Accenture, Tesla, MemoryBlue, Amazon, etc. have presented to our chapter.

ALUMNI NETWORK PANEL

Every semester our chapter invites multiple PSE alumni back to VT to share not only post grad insights and real world advice, but also share valuable life experiences and grow our networks. We believe that professional development and growth doesn't end at graduation, and want to continue fostering the Pi Sigma Epsilon brotherhood post grad!
