Merge/delete accounts on bugs.python.org? #76
Description
Hi there! I accidentally logged in with GitHub after previously registering. I now have two accounts:
User 34882: bhrutledge - Original account, signed contributor form, preferred username
User 35614: brianhrutledge - Created by logging in with GitHub, commented on one issue
Can those be merged?

Same for me: https://bugs.python.org/user35708 (via GitHub login), https://bugs.python.org/user2770 (original user).
When using the GitHub option with "OpenID providers" in the main/first profile I get logged in as the user I'd like to have deleted (which is not possible apparently (#36)).
So in my case I'd like to remove the GitHub-OpenID association with the 2nd user account, so that it could be used with the first one.

btw: I've tried again after removing the GitHub username from the 2nd account, which was on the first already - this should probably have caused an error or confirmation when using the GitHub "signup", since the username was taken already.

I as well encountered the same issue. While trying to login via github.com I accidentally created second account
imomaliev2- can someone delete it, please. I pressed "Drop Id" and changed email to "delete@this.com"
