RTC: Add multiple instance of same user on page refresh.

Description

On page reload, the RTC feature re-adds the currently logged-in user in the collaboration session, resulting in duplicate user entries.

I think this was resolved; there's a small delay before old sessions are removed. See: #75253 (comment).

In addition to the above comment by @Mamaduka, we have also begun disconnecting users from awareness when the page is refreshed or otherwise navigated using the browser pagehide event. This makes it now near instantaneous.

I'll go ahead and mark this as resolved as a result.

I was thinking of validating the new session against the previous session. If the user disconnects and rejoins within less than 1 minute, instead of creating a new session, we could resume the existing one.
