1. Introduction and Acceptance
Welcome to humanize.fast. These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform, which provides AI text humanization, AI detection, and hidden character detection services. By accessing and using humanize.fast, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you may not use our services.
2. Description of Service
humanize.fast is a platform that transforms AI-generated text into natural, human-like content. We provide three core tools: AI Humanizer (with Quick, Deep, and Complete levels), AI Detector, and Hidden Symbols Finder. Our service uses credit-based usage tracking.
3. User Accounts
To use our services, you may create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding your account access and for all activities that occur under your account. You must not use trash mail providers to create or maintain your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use humanize.fast. If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to use our service to:
- Illegal Activities: Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Academic Fraud: Submit work as your own in violation of your institution's academic integrity policies
- Harmful Content: Generate content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or illegal
- IP Infringement: Violate intellectual property rights of others
- System Abuse: Attempt to circumvent usage limits, security measures, or use automated systems to abuse the service
- Fraud: Misrepresent yourself or your content's origin
5. Credits and Billing
Our service uses a credit-based system:
- Free Tier: New users receive 1,000 credits to try the service.
- Subscriptions: Monthly credit allocations reset each billing cycle.
- Credit Packs: One-time purchases that never expire.
Payment Processing: All payment processing is handled securely through Stripe. Payment data is processed securely by them and is not stored on our servers.
Refunds: Subscription payments are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will retain access until the end of your current billing period. Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable.
Disputes: Chargebacks or payment disputes filed without first contacting us will be considered a violation of these Terms.
6. Intellectual Property
Platform Ownership: The humanize.fast platform, including its original content, features, and design, are owned by humanize.fast and protected by international laws.
Your Content: You retain ownership of the text you input and the humanized output. We do not claim any rights to your content.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
We do not guarantee that humanized text will bypass all AI detection systems, as these systems are constantly evolving.
8. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall humanize.fast be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
9. Termination
humanize.fast reserves the right to remove any content or terminate accounts at our sole discretion without notice.
We may terminate or suspend your account access immediately, without prior notice, for a breach of Terms, regardless of payment status. Users who violate these Terms forfeit any right to refunds.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
