..... reminds me of "Don't put off the important for the Urgent".    Sometimes this does feel like swallowing a ball of molten lead.   I still have a way to go.

If you watch how people treat animals, you can tell how evolved their hearts actually are.  Some people think animals are not part of the "All".  To think this, is foolish and unwise, as everything, everywhere is an extension of ourselves and we are an extension of the "All".   Be around those people who bring out the colours.

 Our spirit picks up on things even when we don't want to take notice of this.  When you get that feeling like you are in the wrong place, take notice of this because you are probably not meant to be there.
