I just read an old post of mine, looked at the date and thought "oh that's not as long ago as I thought"

Then I actually did the math. That post is old enough to drink! It has been close to 20 years!

Anyway, how are you doing fellow kids?

Is there a #linux #terminal that has tabs, works on hi-dpi screens and provides usable light and dark color schemes out of the box?

Is a usable light scheme even possible or are hardcoded colors in various applications making this basically impossible?

(I am using xfce term currently and it's mostly fine, but switching between light and dark is fiddly and unsatisfactory)

I need the light mode when working outside.

(if colors do not work out of the box with your suggestion I am also happy about shared configurations to solve this issue)

We're using an IKEA baking tray to organize our breakfast stuff in the fridge. Makes it much easier to get all the stuff in and out at once.
However, my wife wasn't happy with how to sort all the stuff in in an accessible way.
So here's my solution: a 3d printed insert with movable dividers that allows us to arrange the packages vertical, making each of them accessible without having to lift others.
