[2.x] Change title of an discussion : no notification and no message

Current Behavior

Hello,

Renaming a discussion title works fine.

However :

• No notification appears stating that {username} changed the title (of course, the user settings have been configured correctly)
• No message appears in the discussion stating that {username} changed the title to {new} at {time}.

Steps to Reproduce

1- Rename a discussion you have created with another user
2- No notification

1- Rename a discussion
2- Refresh this discussion
3- No message appears in the discussion stating that {username} changed the title to {new} at {time}.

Expected Behavior

• There is a notification appears stating that {username} changed the title
• There is a message appears in the discussion stating that {username} changed the title to {new} at {time}.
