Politique de licence

Nette Framework est distribué comme logiciel libre, utilisable par tous. Vous pouvez choisir entre la New BSD et la GNU General Public License (GPL), version 2 ou 3, selon ce qui convient le mieux à vos besoins.

La licence BSD est recommandée pour la plupart des projets, car elle est facile à comprendre et n'impose presque aucune restriction à ce que vous pouvez faire du framework. Vous pouvez aussi utiliser Nette dans des projets commerciaux. Si la GPL convient mieux à votre projet, n'hésitez toutefois pas à la choisir. Il n'est pas nécessaire d'informer qui que ce soit de votre décision. Conservez toujours les mentions de copyright d'origine.

Sachez que le nom “Nette Framework” est une marque déposée et que son usage comporte certaines restrictions. N'employez donc pas “Nette” dans le nom de votre projet ni dans un domaine de premier niveau ; choisissez plutôt un nom qui tienne debout tout seul. Si votre projet est bon, il ne mettra pas longtemps à se faire un nom.
