My earliest memory of a favorite book is from 2006; Now, hidden behind newer fiction, I rarely reach for The Twits.

My wish-list lives on Bandcamp and I use Discogs for logging vinyl, and soon CDs too once I add them.
I tend not to return or remember to log on Letterboxd because of the ads but you can see my top 4. Otherwise, I notate in Obsidian.
