    Lindsey understood that peace is secured through strength. The Senate just passed the Lindsey O. Graham Sanctioning Russia Act, honoring his legacy and advancing his and President Trump’s goal to end Moscow’s war. I’m pleased it also includes a version of my bipartisan Solidify

    A 5-year extension of the ISA officially included within the Russia sanctions bill coming before the Senate. This is a critical, bipartisan win. ISA is a foundational tool for countering Iran's WMD proliferation, ballistic missile program, and support for terrorism.

    Math-wise, tomorrow's Senate war powers vote could be **close** 52 Republicans to start (McConnell is out). 3 Republicans likely to defect (Rand, Murkowski, Collins). 1 Democratic likely yes (Fetterman). That sets up a 49-49 vote decided by... @BillCassidy
