- This was one of my favorite talks from the @BalkanRuby . It left me with a lot of thinking and the urge to try this out at work. I always felt like my intrinsic motivation was mutilatet by the deadlines and focus was distracted by them. This truely speaks to me.Interesting insights by Xavier @fxn on how to the demote the use of dates in software development. I wish more CEOs would understand this issue and adjust their focus accordingly.
