- Bishop Canevin grad Kai Spears, who now plays at West Liberty, won his defamation lawsuit against the New York Times today. Awarded $9.25 million. Sued NYT for incorrectly reporting he was at the scene of a shooting in Alabama. He helped Canevin win a PIAA 🏀 title in 2022.
- The WPIAL made 100 eligibility rulings (more than half transferred to private/charter schools) and held several hearings Thursday. There were some notable names on the list, including Ashan Harrison, Brandon Pickett, Demari Christmas and Disere Green-Lindsay. Outcomes and more👇
