Your "All Staff" dynamic groups in Entra may include Agent Users without you realising! ourcloudnetwork.com/stop-agent-use… Microsoft's official documentation states that Agent Users are also member objects like human users, and will be added to groups when they satisfy the group rule!

Did you know, you can forcibly enable hidden preview features in Microsoft Entra? ourcloudnetwork.com/is-it-safe-to-… Well, that's not what this post is about. Preview features (even public preview) hold no SLA and can be removed by Microsoft without any notice to customers.. it's hidden
