    Now college sports is a complete shitshow? How about when athletes who helped generate billions couldn’t get paid anything beyond a scholarship, had no NIL rights, didn’t have the wherewithal to sue? #perspective

    Since day 1 we’ve said it’s terrible and there were going to be a TON of lawsuits. And there are Oh and the college athletes are winning most of them!

    I don't think people quite realize how awful of a fact pattern leaving out the Class of 2022 is for the NCAA when you look at it through a legal lens. It's bad enough that other rules that may be otherwise perfectly defensible get thrown out the window to cure the harm caused.
