My prediction: Anthropic engineering ships code exclusively using dynamic workflows now. Let's talk about why they are the most powerful tool for AI agents right now...

I talk to engineers at other companies every day and hear the same thing: one person is 10x'ing their output with Claude but the rest of the org hasn't caught up. Watching teams adopt AI, I keep seeing the same 4 steps. I mapped them out here: Steps of AI Adoption

This best summarizes the issues I have with Amodei’s behavior

I am doing my best to stop back from this subject as it should be obvious what we are seeing here. However the arrogance that us commoners are too dumb to catch his grift must be addressed. Receipts: Dario Amodei’s carefully worded reply is a masterclass in having it both ways.

Claude Code's memory system really seems to break down noticeably the larger your project gets. This seems to be especially true when a memory is created as a result of a criticism. It holds on to the priors so much and wont update them unless explicitly told to.

5.6 Sol xhigh is nearly as good as Fable xhigh at dynamic workflow orchestration, which has been a pleasant surprise.

With Kimi K3 likely coming to Azure, my guess is AWS Bedrock will likely follow suit in Mantle. This will be a huge boon for enterprise teams tied to Bedrock inference.
