    The IRS investigated possibly illegal charitable deductions. The company investigated sued. No Jurisdiction per Judge J.E. Smith. Congress stripped Jurisdiction here. Dismissal affirmed.

    X sued Media Matters. Can that proceed in the Northern District of Texas? Maybe. Over a year after the original panel opinion issued, the opinion was withdrawn and reissued, very similar to the original. Kind of weird.

    Wow. This is pretty embarrassing for Judge Kennelly in Illinois. Florida sought to enforce Florida law against alleged deceptive practices by doctors recommending experimental gender surgeries for kids. Kennelly said it was frivolous. It just survived dismissal

    The court that is hearing our case against WPATH, the Endocrine Society, and the AAP just denied their attempt to dismiss our lawsuit. Great work by our team! The fight to hold them accountable for their deception about the safety of mutilating procedures on kids continues!
