- FSSA has extended the deadline for requesting replacement Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program benefits to Aug. 31 for Lake & Porter counties ONLY. Affected individuals will need to submit an affidavit for replacement benefits & drop off at any Division of Family Resources.
