- I’m at the Myrtle Beach Convention Center, where President Donald Trump’s rally for US Sen. Darline Graham is starting to fill up. Early voting in the runoff between her and Rep. Ralph Norman ends this afternoon.

- The DCCC today added SC-01 to their "Red to Blue" program, signaling more support for retired rear admiral Nancy Lacore in her race against GOP nominee Jenny Costa Honeycutt Cook has the district (currently Nancy Mace's) as Likely R.
- Latest from me is a little higher ed tidbit: USC was among the 30 schools the DOD told to review ties with certain institutions in China/Russia/Iran this month. USC had already cut ties with their relationship in question, a dual degree program with a university in Shanghai.
