Teachers breaks down describing the absolute state of education “They couldn’t fill in 4 words. I have seniors who cannot read and write.” We are FAILING kids. The Dept of Education spent 1 trillion dollars on education and test scores are declining.

A vacant row house for 43 years. Now with a tree growing through it. Bleak. The city faces a very challenging vacant housing problem.
