    Had a great time meeting other Evertonians, catching up with some old friends and getting to meet different people from the Friedken Group in Houston (Dan Friedken owns Everton) at the Premiere League watch party at @Pitch25HTX. 2-0 win and we will probably win the league.

    1. Start with dry brining two strips and one ribeye - both Prime. 2. Sear for one minute on each side on a hot cast-iron pan. 3. Smoke at 250° until internal temperature is between 126° – 128°. 4. Rest steak for 15 minutes and here are the final results.
