#BlackCabs are #PublicTransport & are essential for providing choice for all who want to travel in the @cityoflondon In May @ShravanJoshi pointed out "it may be a small % [with] those needs, but I think it’s important we don’t say oh it’s alright because the 99% are OK.”

This week, Thurs 20 June, the @cityoflondon common council will be deciding whether to allow #BlackCabs access to #BankJunction. This is a huge question of #accessibility for #disabled people. I have written to all members urging them to vote to allow taxis & ensure #AccessForAll

@newdawn75 explains why black cabs are important in London ‘It’s because they are accessible, drivers help you, they are easy to get in & out, there is lots of space for 🦮Nellie. Sarah is disgusted black cabs do not have access to all areas. This need to change. #CabsAcrossBank
