My self-hosted CI/CD is so fast. When I push a commit, things are typically fully rolled out within 30 seconds (FeedHive has 10+ services and 40+ pods). Bootstrapping a new self-hosted project is also much faster. I pick a server on Hetzner, SSH in, run a script, and I'm good to

Out of everything I've replaced with self-hosting, moving to Forgejo (self-hosted GitHub) has been the biggest ROI positive move, easily.
