- DEEP TECH AHEAD: How we took inspiration from Cap'n'Proto and built an RPC system that works for us, instead of us working for it.
- It took about 36 hours and my feed in OSS versions of Grok Bot, one after another. Harnesses are already a commodity, now the question is whether harnesses have a long tail of functionality or if we're going to have the full balkanization of development envs.

- Fast and cheap code generation is changing a lot, and everyone seems to have a take on code reviews. Here's mine: For us, it's catching issues and defects still, ones that we're really glad we caught up front. Paul and I use code review skills to help us get to the meat fast.
