- I just have this feeling of dread that the Mets not signing Pete Alonso is going to hang over the team for *years* - and it'll be the modern version of the Tom Seaver trade.
- Re: Lakers & T-Wolves sales. SO MANY pro franchises will be sold in the next couple of years. The 'old' money can't compare with 'new money' wealth nor with the new ever-changing business laws that new tech experts and investors, etc. can handle.
- The post-Aaron Rodgers era for the Packers is a 'nice' one. They've sort of settled into being a 9 or 10 win team that's good, but falls short of the yearly hype.
- Raiders QB derby is still "open?" How? Fernando Mendoza is the wrong guy to look at. We've seen him, know his arc, learning curve, etc. I have to think that for whatever reason, the Raiders aren't sure about starting Kirk Cousins.
