- Separate from the Wisne case in Colorado federal court that had its injunction stayed today, there is the Campbell case in Colorado federal court that earlier this week filed motions to certify a class of Class of 2022 athletes and enjoin the NCAA from enforcing eligibility,Campbell (and others) refiled this lawsuit Monday in Colorado federal court, where the NCAA was recently enjoined in a different class action. Notably, this new/refiled lawsuit takes aim at the NCAA’s new-age based eligibility rule and elimination of medical waivers:
