Agreed. I no longer use plan mode. Always use spec and implementation plan driven development, which stays as records in the repo.
Losing the explicit Plan Mode in Antigravity IDE 2.0 felt like a downgrade at first.
But it pushed me toward a better workflow: @mattpocockuk’s /grill-with-docs skill.
It doesn’t just produce a plan—it challenges vague ideas and documents key decisions before implementation.
