Some people can't just block and move on. They have to give their last heroic moral high ground speech, that in 100% cases ends with "I'm done wasting my time on you", and then they post it and quickly block you so you can't respond. There has to be a name for this.- If a corporation adds a new predatory opt-out setting - it's because they know that nobody will opt int. Why would they ever do this, you ask? Well, it's because their users are not their customers. Their users are their product.
- Having a bilingual child is very fun. They just mix and match languages in weird and cute ways. And it's also interesting how you don't need to explain your kid that those are different languages, they just instinctively know it somehow. We're just evolutionary wired this way.
