Dose is a library and a collection of tools to perform a large spectrum of
analyses on package repositories. Dose manipulates package repositories from

misc: Replace RMD160 checksums with BLAKE2s checksums

All checksums have been double-checked against existing RMD160 and
SHA512 hashes
