ClicknBook, LLC is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of its users. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when accessing or using the ClicknBook platform.

Personal data is processed in accordance with applicable privacy laws, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for users located in the European Union and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), for U.S. residents.
Data Hosting and Processing
Personal data is hosted and processed on secure, enterprise-grade cloud infrastructure. ClicknBook implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or disclosure.
Cookies
ClicknBook uses strictly necessary cookies required for core platform functionality, such as authentication and session management.

In addition, ClicknBook uses analytics technologies, including Microsoft Clarity, which may set cookies or use similar technologies to help us understand how users interact with the platform and improve user experience.

These technologies are not used for advertising purposes and do not involve the sale of personal data.
Map Display
ClicknBook may integrate third-party mapping services, such as Google Maps, to display location information on booking pages. Enabling this feature may result in the processing of certain technical data, including IP address, by the mapping provider. Where required by applicable regulations, your consent is requested prior to activation.
Google Calendar Integration
ClicknBook allows professionals to synchronize their Google Calendar with the platform. This integration requires explicit user authorization and complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

ClicknBook only accesses calendar data necessary to synchronize appointments created through the platform. No unrelated calendar data is accessed or stored.

Users may revoke access at any time through their Google account settings.

Payment Processing
ClicknBook does not store or process credit card or banking information.

All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS–compliant payment service provider.

Information Collection
ClicknBook collects information provided directly by users when creating an account, scheduling appointments, or interacting with the platform. This may include contact details and appointment-related information required for service delivery.
Use of Information
Collected information is used solely to operate, maintain, and improve the ClicknBook platform, including appointment management, notifications, customer support, and account administration. Marketing communications are sent only with explicit user consent.
Information Sharing
ClicknBook does not sell personal data. Information may be shared with trusted service providers solely for operational purposes, under confidentiality and data protection obligations.

Personal data is retained only as long as necessary for operational and legal purposes. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period may be deleted after prior notification. Users may delete their account and associated data at any time from account settings.
