Pull request overview
Updates developer-facing documentation in the Docker install guide to point from the deprecated GitHub wiki to the new docs site.
Changes:
- Replaced several GitHub wiki links in
docker/README.mdwithdocs.openlibrary.orgequivalents. - Removed an old bare wiki URL reference in the “Useful Runtime Commands” area.
