Impl documentation with sections is poorly indented

I tried this code:

I expected to see this happen:

Documentation for impl is indented consistently.

Instead, this happened:

The first paragraph is indented more than the safety section:

Interesting. I tried your code as is and got:

You'll notice that the note added by rustdoc is not at the very beginning of the doc. So that's actually 2 bugs, yeay. =D
