E0404 needs to be updated to new format

Error E0404 needs a span_label, updating it from:

Note: this is a UI test, so you'll need to update the corresponding src/test/ui/codemap_tests/two_files.stderr file.

You can test the UI tests by running:

python src/bootstrap/bootstrap.py --stage 1 --step check-ui
