is there any solid tutorial I can follow? I read of using go bridge rust bridge and also I need android specific build tools etc to build the .so mainly my problem was android and ios as building dll and so for desktop versions are easy but not for Android and iOS. I never tried it.

i don't understand your question. however mostly you can run any function but usually it's always a function which will run as a FFI. however normal python will not work to build a FFI as you will need a shared object or say dll etc which is only provided by compiled languages. so using python as FFI is hard.

ffi means foreign function interface basically you calling go code, c code , rust code etc etc from your flutter code
