I am looking for a user manual or documentation for the DUSHIN program, which is commonly used in vibronic coupling calculations. While I have found the DUSHIN 2.0 repository (https://github.com/lenhanpham/dushin), I have not been able to locate an official manual. Could someone share references, tutorials, or example workflows that explain how to use the software?

You identified a GitHub repository, i.e. at least the owner (Le Nhan Pham, landing page with some contact information). The particular GitHub repository equally features a tab issues, which technically could be used to request/suggest additional information to document the project in further detail (e.g. a readthedocs).
Somewhat independent from this, by a query with dushin gaussian in Google, one of the earlier hits links to the pdf Marcus Theory with Gaussian and ADF — a Tutorial of a computational class compiled in June 2017 by Svante Hedström, Benjamin Rudshteyn, Subhajyoti Chaudhuri, and Victor S. Batista, Department of Chemistry, Yale University/CT. This comes along with the archive MarcusFiles.zip of their Computational Tutorials.
I have not used Dushin2 program, but an archive of the old Dushin program is available on keinsci forum. This version has a complete but abstract README. By looking at the examples/ folder in the Dushin2 repository, the usage seems to be the same.
