That’s 1 month vape free today. I’m still using my “breathing stick”. Feeling good. Cravings are gone - focus is still shot to bits.

I have a record player which I previously had a raspberry pi connected to which would set up a little local pirate radio for my Sonos system to connect to. It worked great for many years. Well in fact there was nothing actually wrong with it. But I discovered Quanta which I’m running from an iPad and casting over AirPlay to my speakers. Giving me a simple little UI. But also, a killer ability to cast to my AirPods.
Sweet sweet vinyl crackles in my ears from anywhere in the house.
