1. Overview

This End-User License Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of Ghosts of Tabor (the “Game”), developed and published by Combat Waffle Studios Inc. (“Combat Waffle Studios,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use or access the Game.

2. Definitions

• Game: Ghosts of Tabor, including all software, assets, updates, DLC, in-game items, artwork, music, code, and related online services.
• License: A personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use the Game for your own entertainment.
• Platform Providers: Sony Interactive Entertainment (PlayStation), Valve (Steam), Meta (Quest), and Pico (ByteDance Ltd.).
• User Content: Any text, audio, video, or other material you create, upload, or share within or about the Game.
• Key Documents: The Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Code of Conduct that accompany this Agreement.

3. License Grant and Restrictions

You are granted a license to install and use the Game on a compatible device that you own or control, according to the rules of the Platform Provider.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, lease, or sublicense the Game.
• Reverse-engineer, modify, or extract source code from it.
• Use cheats, exploits, or third-party automation tools.
• Engage in or promote real-money trading of in-game items.
• Violate any Platform Provider terms of service.
• Transmit, post, or share unlawful, harmful, or offensive content.

4. Harassment, Abuse, and Community Conduct

We want Ghosts of Tabor to remain a safe, respectful space for players, staff, and our community.

You agree not to engage in any form of harassment, abuse, or defamation, whether inside the Game or on any related platforms, including:

• The official Ghosts of Tabor Discord server.
• Community forums or chat.
• Live streams (e.g., Twitch, YouTube) and social media channels.

Prohibited behavior includes (but is not limited to):

• Threats, stalking, doxing, or targeted harassment.
• Hate speech or slurs based on identity or beliefs.
• Defamation or spreading false claims about Combat Waffle Studios, its staff, or its players.
• Impersonating company staff or representatives.

Combat Waffle Studios reserves the right to:

• Suspend or permanently ban accounts for harassment, both on- and off-platform.
• Revoke access to all online services and in-game items.
• Report offenders to Platform Providers and law enforcement when appropriate.

Enforcement: Combat Waffle Studios enforces this policy both inside and outside the Game. If you violate these rules or any part of this Agreement, we may take immediate enforcement action, which can include:

• Temporary or permanent account suspension or bans from the Game and its online services.
• Hardware or device bans that block access to the Game entirely.
• Revocation of in-game items, DLC, or digital purchases obtained through violations.
• Reporting to Platform Providers or law enforcement when appropriate.

No refunds will be issued for accounts or content removed due to violations of this Agreement.

5. Platform-Specific Terms

Your use of the Game is also subject to the terms of your chosen Platform Provider:

• PlayStation: PSN Terms of Service and Community Code of Conduct.
• Steam: Steam Subscriber Agreement.
• Meta Quest: Meta’s Content Guidelines and Conduct Policy.
• Pico: Pico Store Policy and ByteDance Terms of Service.

Violations may result in enforcement actions by both Combat Waffle Studios and the Platform Provider.

6. Updates and Termination

We may release patches, updates, or modifications that add, change, or remove features. Some updates may be required to continue accessing the Game. We may suspend or terminate your access if:

• You violate this Agreement or other Key Documents.
• The Game is discontinued.
• Required by law or platform policy.

7. Ownership

You own your device and your account, but we own the Game. All rights, title, and interest in Ghosts of Tabor and its content belong to Combat Waffle Studios or its licensors.

User Content you create grants us a worldwide, perpetual, royalty-free license to use, modify, and distribute that content for the operation and promotion of the Game.

8. Limited Warranty & Disclaimer

The Game is provided “as is” and “as available.” Combat Waffle Studios makes no guarantees that the Game will be free of errors, interruptions, or defects. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Game.

9. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA. Disputes shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, they will be handled under the governing law of the relevant Platform Provider or, if not applicable, in the courts of Florida, USA.
